On 20th January 2024, P.Rama Lakshmi, an E-commerce trainer, led a fascinating visit to the E-com Express office in Sabbavaram with 21 enthusiastic E-commerce trainees. They were warmly greeted by Mr. Shankar, the dynamic MD of E-com Express, who provided a captivating insight into the world of E-commerce. Mr. Shankar's engaging lecture covered a wide range of topics, from defining E-commerce and discussing its advantages and disadvantages to exploring essential aspects like order prioritization, product selection, efficient delivery methods, and ensuring customer satisfaction. His comprehensive explanation catered to both the customer's perspective and the business strategies involved, enriching the trainees' understanding immensely. During the visit, the trainees actively participated, asking insightful questions and receiving clear explanations from Mr. Shankar. A memorable group photo with Mr. Shankar added a personal touch to the visit, highlighting the camaraderie and learning experience shared. The day continued with a visit to Smart Bazaar, an E-commerce hub nearby, where the trainees delved into practical insights on sales techniques and customer handling. Seasoned sales executives shared their expertise, emphasizing the importance of creating positive impressions, understanding customer needs, and mastering effective communication to boost sales.

The session on customer dealing and handling was particularly enlightening, focusing on providing exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
